How long will it take to get my order?

In most cases your order will be shipped within 48hrs (2 working days) from payment of your order, if it will take longer due to out of stock or for any other reason we will call or email you to give you more detail.  We use "Courier Please" as our shipping company. You can track the movement of you shipment via their website http://www.couriersplease.com.au. In most areas shipment will take 2-3  working days,  for some country areas allow 5 working days.

NOTE: If you are not going to be home at time of deliver please let us know so we can arange it to be left in a safe spot for you, or please consider leaving a work address. Deliverys will not be left at given address unless it is signed for.  

 If you would perfer delivery with Australia Post Express please make a note of this at time of order.

Overseas order may take up to 14+ days so check with us before ordering.

How do I know what size to get?

Fashion Fish girls swimwear is a "small" make so best is to go up a size e.g if you are a girls 10 try a girls 12. If you are in ladies sizes try one size smaller! Boys are a standard so you should be fine.

It's ok if your not sure give us a call and our girls can help you. Remember with the Nylon/Lycra swimwear they will give! A firm fit is best.

What is your return polilicy?

 Is it Chlorine Resistant and what fabric is best for me?

It depends on what you are looking for in your swimwear please see "Our Designs" and have a look at the Fabric Choices and there care instructions before you purchase your swimwear.

How can I pay for my order?

Options avaliable to you are, Cheque/Money Order, Paypal, Internet transfer, Direct Debit and of course over the phone Credit Card.

What is the best way to care for my swimwear?

Bayswim Tog wash (in accessories pg2) is the best way to care for all your swimwear once it has been exposed to a chlorinated pool or spa, but please read our care instructions and tips in Our Designs.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we love shipping overseas, so just shot us an email before placing your order so we can work out the correct postage for you. If you are from New Zealand you guys are in luck as postage is the same as Australia.
