Fashion Fish Designs want to make it easy for you to get our swimwear so we have a flat rate of $7.00 to all areas in Australia. If overseas please check with us before placing your order as this charge may be higher.

We use Couriers Please so you can track your swimwear. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you require them sooner please contact us on 0418666421 before purchase.

If you are not home at time of expected delivery please call make a note in your order as for delivery instruction. (eg leave in letterbox) or leave a daytime/work address. COURIERS PLEASE WILL NOT DELIVER TO A PO BOX OR LEAVE YOUR DELIVERY WITHOUT A RECEVERS SIGNATURE.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to swap/exchange all swimwear for the right size only within 14 days providing they are in new condition, with tags still attached and a copy of the receipt is present. Fashion Fish Designs will not exhange or refund any items that have been worn or those with original tags and lables missing.

We take alot of time finding the best fabrics for our swimwear and take time to manufacture at the hightest level. We don't hold responsability for the care of your garment once it has been sold. Please read care instructions carefully before purchase as Fashion Fish will not replace any garment where "consumer abuse" has occurred!

When making an exchange please make sure you include all correct postal and credit details so we can make the process easier. Please note in cases of refund postage will not be refunded.

To make a speedy exchange please:

-Contact us via phone or email prior to the exchange or return with your requirements.

-Please include your swimwear

-Your name and correct return mailing address

-A contact working phone number and email so we can contact you if needed.

-$5.00 or a return self address satchel for the return of your goods.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for the return of swimwear. This information above will help in cutting down this time frame.
